Ingredients
1. Gram (Besan) flour 1cup
2. Curd 1/2 cup
3. Water 1/2 cup
4. Lemon juice 1 tsp
5. Salt 1 tsp
6. Green chilli paste 1 tsp
7. Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
8. Fruit salt 1 tsp (ENO)
For tadaka (seasoning)
1. Sunflower oil 2 tsp
2. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
3. Hing 1/2 tsp
4. Fresh grated coconut 1/2 cup
5. Fresh coriander
6. Sugar solution - Dissolve 2 tsp sugar in 1/2 cup water
Procedure
1. Add all the ingredients and prepare a batter (similar to idly batter)
note: Add fruit salt at the end
2. Add little water in pressure cooker and heat
3. Take a plate, grease it with oil and spread the batter on it
4. Steam it in pressure cooker for about 5-7 minutes
note: to check whether the dhokla is done pierce a knife and check if it comes out cleanly.
5. Switch off the gas and leave it for cooling for 5 minutes
6. Prepare a tadka of oil mustard and hing
7. Pour sugar solution on dhokla
8. Cut it into squares and pour tadaka on it
9. Season with fresh grated coconut and coriander

1. Don't add too much of turmeric
