Ingredients:
1. Lady's-finger (Okra) - 150 gm
2. Oil - 3 tsp
3. Mustard - 1 tsp
4. Zeera - 1 tsp
5. Hing - 1 pinch
6. Salt - 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
7. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
8. Green chilli paste- 1 tsp
9. Fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
10. Curd - 1 cup
11. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
12. Fried groundnut powder- 1tsp
Procedure:
1. Fry okra with oil, mustard, zeera, hing for 10 minutes in a thick bottomed pan
2. Add green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder and switch off the gas to allow it to cool little
3. Mix well by adding curd, sugar, coconut and coriander
Tip:
1. Instead of fresh coconut, fried groundnut powder can be used
2. Add curd just before serving
