Ingredients:
- For Puri
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Semolina (Rava) - Half cup
- Salt - 1 Table spoon
- Sunflower Oil - 3 Table spoon
- For Sweet Chutney
- Tamarind - 4 leaves
- Jaggery - 2 Table spoon
- Coriander - 1 cup
- Pudina - 1/2 cup
- Black salt - 1/4 Table spoon
- Green Chilli - 3
- Salt - 1/2 Table Spoon
- For Topping
- Potato - 3 boiled and smashed
- Tomato - 2
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Red Chilly powder - 1 Table spoon
- Chat Masala - 1 Table spoon
- Sev - 50 Grams
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients required for Puri to make a tough dough, keep it aside for half an hour
- Grind all the ingredients required for Sweet Chutney into a fine paste and filter, to extract the thick juice
- Make Small round shaped puries of the dough and deep fry
- Arrange the fried puries on the serving plate, place little quantity of boiled potatoes, tomato pieces, curd, sweet chutney, red chilly powder, chat masala, sev on each puri
- Eat it fresh and Enjoy as evening snack !
