Ingredients
1. Groundnut - 1 cup
2. Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
3. Zeera - 1 tsp
4. Garlic pieces - 10
5. Hing (Asafoetida) 1 pinch
6. Salt 1 tsp
7. Fried sesame seeds - 2 tsp
Procedure
1. Dry roast the groundnut and remove the skin
2. Add this Ground nut and all the above ingredients and grind it coarsely and use it for 15 to 20 days
Tip
1. This is a traditional healthy chatni powder used with rice, chapati with oil.
