Donuts

Ingredients
1.1.5 Cup all purpose flour(maida)
2. Active dry yeast 1tsp
3. Butter 1tsp
4. Pinch of salt
5. Milk 1/2cup
6. Powdered sugar 1/2 cup 
For glaze or coating
1.1cup milk
2.1cup powdered sugar
3.3 to 4 drops of vanilla or cardamom essence
procedure
1.To prepare the dough mix 1tsp yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and allow it rest for 10-15min till some bubbles appear.
2. Now mix flour, butter, pinch of salt, sugar, yeast mixture and milk to make a soft dough. (rest it for 1hr)
3. Flatten the dough into medium thickness, use 1big round cutter and at the center use a small cutter to give it a vada like shape.
4. Prepare the glaze by mixing milk,sugar and essence
5. Deep fry Donut to golden color and immediately dip into glaze on both the sides and live it for1/2hr and enjoy eating donuts.
6. It can be used for 4-5 days.

Tips 
1.  White or dark chocolate glaze can be prepared by melting the chocolate at a low temperature.
