Ingredients:
Part 1:
1. Chana dal - 1 cup
2. Udad dal - 1/2 cup
3. Green gram - 2 tsp
4. Toor dal - 2 tsp
5. Raw rice - 2 tsp
6. Salt - as per taste
7. Green chilli - 4-5 no.
8. Ginger - 1 inch
Part 2:
9. Corn flour - 1 tsp
10. Hing - 1/4 tsp
11. Rice flour - 2 tsp
12. Onion - 1 cup
13. Coriander - 1/2 cup
Procedure:
1. Soak chana, udad,green gram, toor and rice for 3-4 hours
2. Grind the ingredients listed in part1 to make a coarse paste
3. Add part2 ingredients and mix well
4. Deep fry in medium heated oil in flattened shape, serve hot.
Tip:
1. Green gram is optional
2. 1 tsp of garlic paste can be added to have different taste
