Ingredients
1. Rice flour - 1 cup
2. Oil 3 tsp
3. Zeera 1 tsp
4. Green chilli paste -1 tsp
5. Onion -smally chopped 1cup
6. Dill leaves (sabesgi soppu) (1/2 cup)
7. Hing (Asafoetidia) 1 pinch
8. Salt 1 tsp
9. Hot water for mixing
Procedure
1. Mix all the above ingredients by adding hot water make a soft dough
2. Make two equal portions of the dough and Spread it on the non- stick pan.
3. Cook the akki roti by putting a lid on it at a medium flame for 5 min and serve with curd or coconut chutney.
Tip
1. By adding 2 tsp of rava you can have a different taste. It is generally eaten as break fast.
