Palak Pakoda



Ingredients
 
1. Palak leaves (spinach) –1bunch

    (only the leaf but not the stalk)
2. Gram flour- 1 cup
3. Green chilli paste –1tsp
4. Salt 1tsp
5. Ajwain –1/2 tsp
6. Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp
7. Cooking Soda –1 pinch
8. Cornflour 3tsp
9. Hot oil –2 tsp

10. Water –1/2 cup


Procedure

1. Take a mixing-bowl and add all the ingredients in the given order.
2. Prepare a thick batter and deep fry till light golden colour.

TIP

1. Deep fry on a medium flame
2. Instead of Palak Onion can also be used for a different taste
