Garlic Chutney (Indian pesto)

Ingredients

1. Red chilli - 50gms

2. Garlic pieces - 3 tsp

3. Meethi seeds - 1 tsp 

4. Hong - 1/2 tsp

5. Salt - 4 tsp

6. Raw oil - 4 tsp

7. Tamarind - small lemon size

8. jaggery 

Procedure

1. Boil red chilli for 2 to 3 minutes and keep it aside

2. take a mixer jar, add  red chilliesoilsalt ing garlictamarind jaggery oil and Coarsely

3.store it in a Air tight container


Tip

1. This tastes good with fresh red chillies

2. this can be used for 2 to 3 months

3. it goes good with rice chapati and bread
