Ingredients
1. Flax seeds – 1 cup
2. Zeera - 1 tsp
3. Garlic pieces - 1 tsp
4. Tamarind - 4 small pieces
5. Jaggery - 1 tsp
6. Hing (Asafoetida) - 1 pinch
7. Salt - 1 tsp

8. Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
1. Take a small pan and dry roast flax seeds until it splitters a little (takes around 5 min)
2. Add this into a mixer jar add tamarind, jaggery, salt, garlic, red chilli powder and grind it coarsely and store it in a air tight box, it can be used up to 1 month

1.take 1 tsp of raw sunflower or olive oil & mix it with 1 tsp of this flax powder and eat with chapati ,dosa, idli & roti
2. 2 tsp Groundnuts(peanuts) can also be added to have different taste.
