Ingredients
1. Sabudana (sago rice ) – 1 cup
(soak in water for 3-4 hrs)
2. Zeera - 1 tsp
3. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
4. Potato -1
5. Green chilli - 1 tsp(3nos)
6. Fried Peanut powder 1/2 cup
7. Salt - 1/2 tsp tsp

8. Lemon juice -2 tsp
9. Sugar -1/2 tsp
10. Coriander (Fresh Dhania)
11. Oil -3 tsp

1. Take a thick pan and add oil, mustard, zeera, green chilli and potato.
2. Saute for 5 min until the potatoes are cooked.
3. Add the soaked sabudana, salt, sugar, peanut power, lemon juice and coriander.
4. Close the lid and keep in low flame for 2 min and then serve hot

Tip
1. Two varieties of sabudana are available (small & big). Soaking time for small sabudana is 3hrs but for the big sabudana it is about 6hrs. After soaking drain the extra water before use.
