Ingredient
1. Fresh grated coconut 1cup
2. Sugar 1.5 cup
3. Milk 1/2 cup
4. Cashew nut paste 1/2 cup
5. Ghee 3 tsp
procedure
1. Take a thick pan add grated coconut ,sugar and start frying on low flame
for 5 minutes
2. Add milk and cashew paste,stir for 5mins
3. Now add ghee and stir a little,when the mixture starts to leave the vessel,transfer it immediately on a plate greased with ghee.
4. Let it cool a little and cut into diamond or square shape. Burfi is ready.
Tip
1. To prepare cashew paste soak them in warm water for 1 Hr.
2. Elachi powder can be used for a different taste
3. Can store it for 10- 15. Days
